Designed to help customers assess their potential for achieving business value using BPM, the BPM Assessment is a web-based survey which enables customers to benchmark themselves against their peers and develop a basis for internal measurement. Moreover, the assessment offers visibility into a customer’s BPM maturity and readiness, while aiding in the prioritization of future activities. Customers also have the option to follow up with the BEA team of experienced BPM Business Consultants to interpret the results and help them focus their approach to BPM. Aimed at LOB managers, IT management and Business Analysts, Functional Analysts, as well as individuals in between IT development staff and business users, the BPM Assessment Tool asks a series of questions concerning customers’ BPM maturity, in four critical domains: Analyze, Orchestrate, Optimize, and Innovate. It takes only minutes to complete, and customers receive a customized report with comparisons, recommendations, and business benefits. Respondent’s self-assessment results are compared to the average as well as industry best practices. The report then goes onto analyze the current state of the company, based on the responses given; best practices to reach the ultimate destination; recommendations respondent may want to consider; and a summary of the potential business impact for each domain.
